1.        PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT AND CONSIDERATION

 

The parties to this Agreement (henceforth the “Agreement”) are you (henceforth the “user”) and Escorts in NC (henceforth the “Company”).  The terms “we” and “us” are used interchangeably to refer to the Company and Websites; the term “You” and “Your” are used to You the User.
